Open Etisalat UAE app in your phone
Click on the “Login with UAE PASS” button
Approve the Login request by clicking on the “Confirm” button on the right bottom of the app.
2. Order a New SIM or Replace Physical to eSIM

Convert from a physical SIM card to an eSIM:
After login to My Etisalat UAE app, go to “My account” and then “Manage” from the menu. At the end of the page, see the “SIM Cards” section and select the SIM card which you want to convert. You can also follow the few steps to convert from physical Etisalat to eSIM.
Login to the My Etisalat UAE app
Go to Account > Manage section
Find the SIM cards section at the end of the page

3. See the SIM card details
On the next page, you can see the current SIM card details and its status.

You just have to click on Replace SIM / Switch to eSIM button.

4۔ Check the eSIM Converting Price
On the next screen, the price of eSIM appears which is 26.25 AED (5% Excluded). It can be changed in future or according to Etisalat policy.
Click on the Continue button to process.

Accept the policy by clicking on “I agree” on the next page.
5. Allow Etisalat to get your document
You are now verified from Etisalat. Now have to allow Etisalat to view or get your document details from the UAE PASS app.
In the next step, you have to provide your Emirates ID to Etisalat, which they can access only with your permission. Many people fail at this step because they have not uploaded their Emirates ID on the UAE PASS app. You have to make sure that your UAE PASS has documents like your passport, Emirates ID etc.
Consent to Share Information
On this screen, you have to check the “I consent to share this information” and then click on the Send document button.
The Send document button will not appear until you click I consent.
6. Confirm Details
Now, the UAE Has successfully verified and you have to move to the next step. On the next screen, your personal information like your Emirates ID, Name, Nationality and Date of birth will appear on screen. Verify that this is correct and checkmark the I agree box.
Complete the payments by adding your credit or debit card to pay the eSIM fee. If you are using an iPhone, you can continue paying through Apple Pay.
After successful payment, your application will proceed and you will the SIM card in your account dashboard.
Now it is time to activate the SIM card. We will activate Etisalat eSIM in iPhone which is only a few steps away. Go to the Etisalat app and click on Activate Now button under the eSIM section.
Location Permission: Allow the app to get your location from your phone and click on the continue button.
